ABOUT ME

My passion to help women build strength – inside and out – began when I ended my relationship with alcohol in January 2017. Right away I leaned into a fitness routine to not only help me stay sober, but to improve my mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being. As my passion for fitness grew, I left my career as a high school counselor and returned to school to earn a Masters’ degree in Exercise Science. I also became a Certified Personal Trainer and Professional Life and Recovery Coach. Now I support sober or sober curious women to create a healthier lifestyle, reduce stress and find balance. I love working with all age groups, as well as military spouses.

Outside of Teetotally Fit, you'll find me running one of our three kids to some sporting event, wifing it up to my handsome US Air Force pilot, snuggling with our adorable pup, reading, humming to every song, or taking a nap. 

EXPERIENCE

With over 5 years of experience, I have had the pleasure of working with women and teens from all over the world, many I now call dear friends. My approach to coaching is always rooted in empathy and positivity, a gift that I believe helps clients achieve their goals. I also host regular fitness and self-love challenges to help an even broader range of women, which is always so uplifting for everyone. With my expertise and enthusiasm, I look forward to helping you reach your health and lifestyle goals.
